Academically satisfy the minimum course requirements and have no outstanding fees with the University.

Graduation is now scheduled to be held in the first week of April each year for students completing their courses. A student must apply and indicate to the Student Academic Services whether he/she is graduating in person or absentia.

Students wishing to withdraw from a course or unit may do so within the first 3 weeks of classes for a full fee refund made to the fee payer. Only on medical grounds can a student be given the same condition after the first 3 weeks provided evidence are submitted.

Students withdrawing are advised to fill in a Clearance Form from the SAS Office and follow the instructions. Proper withdrawal must be made to avoid a "D" (Fail) grade recorded against the student's name.
