Unit Title: Computer Organization and Architecture
In this unit, students will learn the computer architecture and organization to broaden their understanding on structure, characteristics and operation of modern day computer systems including its evolution, design process of all components and system organization. All internal components of a computer system are considered from an architectural perspective. Integer and floating point representation in arithmetic logic unit (ALU) with arithmetical operations are also further explained in details.
