CHE702

Unit Code: CHE702

Unit Title: Analytical and Instrumental Chemistry

Analytical chemistry is a scientific discipline that develops and applies methods, instruments and strategies to obtain information on the composition and nature of matter in space and time. Chemistry comes with separation techniques and hence, comes analysis for identification and quantification of the matter. Throughout the course of this study, you will learn the tools and master the techniques for chemical analysis. You will carry out experimental procedure and data analysis in order to develop skills in chemical qualitative and quantitative procedures. This course will help you develop critical, independent reasoning that you can apply to new problems in chemistry and its related fields.
