Unit Title: In-Org Chemistry
This is an elective chemistry unit designed basically for the second year undergraduate course. It is designed to assist students develop basic knowledge on Inorganic and Organic Chemistry. The unit content includes the Inorganic Chemistry (thermodynamics; enthalpy, entropy & gibbs, molecular orbital theory, redox reactions) and Organic Chemistry (benzene & aromaticity, alcohols & phenols and aldehyde & ketone reactions). At least ten experiments are compulsory in order to pass this unit.
