𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒:

  1. Nominated candidates may begin their campaign activities effective immediately upon receipt of this notice. As a University, candidates are encouraged to communicate in English during their campaign. No campaign activities are permitted on the election day.
  2. On the polling day, students must present their student ID card or a copy of their Enrolment Confirmation Letter to the Presiding Officer before casting their ballot. The list of students eligible to vote has been posted on Faculty noticeboards.
  3. Presiding Officers will be stationed at all designated Polling Stations during the Election Day to assist you in the election process.
