Solomon Islands National University Examination Important Announcements Semester 1, 2026

1. Examination Timetable

Students are advised to check the Final examination timetable for Semester 1, 2026, which is now available.

Students who have examination clashes are advised to complete and submit a clash form at the SAS Office.

2. Examination Dates and Venues

All examinations will be conducted at the Panatina Campus and Kukum Campus during Week 15, from:

22 June 2026 โ€“ 03 July 2026

b. New Complex LT1 (Lecture Theatre)
c. New Complex G2 Room
d. PT1 โ€“ PT8 New Complex

Kukum Campus Venues
a. Lecture Theatre (LTK)
b. A1 Room โ€“ A3 Room Upstairs (Ex-Dorm Classrooms)
c. B1 Room โ€“ B3 Room Ground Floor (Ex-Dorm Classrooms)
d. DM1 Room and DM2 Room Upstairs (Ex-Dorm Classrooms)

3. Examination Eligibility Requirements

Students eligible to sit examinations must:

i. Be officially enrolled for the particular unit through the SAS Office.
ii. Follow the Golden Rule: “No enrollment, no examination”.
iii. Must hold a valid student ID card.

Important ID Card Information:

i. Newly admitted students who enrolled without an ID card are advised to collect their ID cards from the SAS Office.
ii. Students who have lost their ID cards must pay a replacement fee of $50.00 and provide a receipt from the University Finance Office.
iii. Revalidation of student IDs can only be done at the SAS Office.

4. Examination Rules and Instructions

Students must arrive at the examination venue 30 minutes before the scheduled starting time.

  2. Only the following materials are allowed into the examination venue:
    • Pen
    • Pencil
    • Ruler
    • Eraser
    • Correction fluid
    • Mathematical protractors and calculators (if required)
  3. Student bags and other personal belongings are not allowed inside examination venues.
