Stall Plot Lease Details:
Local Vendor Plot Lease:
Price: $300 per day ($5,700 for 19 days)
Plot Size: 6×6
Application Fee: $100 (non-refundable)
Registration Fee (for successful applicants): $500
Corporate Vendor Plot Lease:
Price: $1000 per day ($20,000 – 19 days)
Application Fee: $100 (non-refundable)
Registration Fee (for successful applicants): $1000
How to Apply:
- To secure your stall plot at the SINU Village, please follow these steps:
- Application Form: Obtain an application form from the Business Investment & Commercial Services (BICS) or download it here: Application Form (SINU Village)
- Fill it Up: Complete the application form with accurate information.
- Application Fee: Deposit a non-refundable $100 application fee. This fee is to be attached to your application form.
- Submit: Submit your filled application form with the attached fee to the Business Investment & Commercial Services (BICS) by November 9th, 4:30 PM. late applications will not be considered.
