Unit Title:Β Introduction to History
The Unit devotes its attention to a whole range of historical skills and habit of mind that students should acquire during the course of study to develop their historical thinking, knowledge and understanding. Through sampling documents and historical writings from past events and places, student will explore some fundamental components of historical thinking, including ideas about context and causation, methods of historical analysis, issues of truth and objectivity (prejudice in history), conflicting interpretations, and inquiry into varied historical approaches.
