Unit Title: Health Promotion School
This unit introduces learners to various concepts and theories on behaviour (lifestyle and environments that affect our health or wellbeing. It is believed that both contextual and elemental setting can only be changed if we see the change or ideal future in our mind. Therefore, this unit is specifically designed to enhance student to be innovative and creative in thinking for action towards the ideal future they want to live in. It also provides opportunities for student to: develop public health policy, identify and strengthen community initiative or action in their own setting, identify and develop competences for healthy living and to review health care and promotion services in a school setting.
