Unit Title: Administration Human Resources Management

The unit introduces the students to basic knowledge in organization & management which covers the following instructional areas: provide the knowledge and skills needed by supervisors to manage staff effectively and optimize human performance, Office management, roles and responsibilities of supervisors, occupational health and safety, assertion and negotiation skills, goal setting, motivation, training skills, staff development, unions and industrial relations, managing staff, performance planning and review, appointment procedures, disciplining and dismissal processes, group dynamics, communication and leadership, professional ethics and responsibilities.
