This three-day intensive course is for mid-level managers in SIG ministries contributing to national security. It focuses on:

• Leadership styles and team management

• Ethical decision-making and accountability

• Whole-of-government collaboration

• Interactive sessions using tok stori

Participants will receive a micro-credential from SINU’s Security program, either as a stand-alone certificate (non-credit) or as part of a credit pathway for postgraduate study.

Who Should Apply: Mid-level managers (5–10 years experience) with team leadership experience. English proficiency required.
